

15 Day Trial Period
The 15-day Trial Period begins when the product is delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer or pickup from Occtolab Sales Network. Returns must be shipped or drop-off to Oocotlab by the end of the Trial Period. This 15 Day trial period applies only to products purchased within the Canada only.
Return Policy
To get a 100% refund minus the cost of shipping:

Customer must contact our Customer Service within 15-days of the shipping/pick-update for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. A RMA number issued by our Customer Service is required for all returns;

Customer must provide us with a tracking number from their shipping company within the next 5 days after RMA number has issued. The returning product(s) shipped to Ooctolab must be prepaid, insured, includes its warranty card and in their original shipping carton. The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging, for drop-off please contact customer service;

Upon receiving the unit, Ooctolab will inspect the unit;

If the unit is determined to be in like-new condition, the customer will receive a 100% refund minus the cost of shipping. Customer will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping

No returns will be accepted after 15 days under our refund policy. Ooctolab reserves the exclusive right to determine if a unit is in like-new condition and the right to determine final refund amount. For assistance with a manufacturing defective product, please see our Warranty Policy.
